With a low energy halogen bulb, the Solar PIR Security Light requires no mains electricity and it's easy to install.  The solar panel charges the battery during daylight hours so it can illuminate your driveway or garden when the infra-red sensor is triggered or when switched on manually.

Bought one to replace a faulty pir sensor light in the lane between the houses. Our back garden gets lots of sunshine so this was ideal. Never worked. It says to leave off for 3 days to charge, We left it a fortnight as its coming into winter. Still doesnt work. Bought another one so we could send the first one back as faulty. That doesnt work either. Charged this using a 9v power adaptor to make sure its initial charge was full. All it does,is buzz when you turn it on and doesnt light up. Absolutely useless and a waste of money.
